Yes, you will be able to access the domain name with or without the WWW in front. For example, you could access the domain name "mydomain.com" by going to "www.mydomain.com" as well as "mydomain.com".

What is the fee for domain registration ?

Sorry, we don't register domains. You will have to register it with a domain registrant and host it with us.

How do I transfer files to my web site ?

Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). You can use our Online Admin Panel to upload your files although we recommend the use of specific FTP software. You can find a lot of free FTP programs like SmartFTP.

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages ?

You have unlimited access via FTP, and online control panel using your private id and password, 24 hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure. 

Can I use my account for commercial purposes ?

Of course , you can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the internet community. 

Can I resell space within my own account ?

Sorry no . You can not resell space within your account. Although you can host more than one domain with some plans, it is compulsory that those domains are your own. Breaking this rule goes against our Term of Service Policy.

Do you accept international orders ?

Yes. We are pleased to have customers around the world and we're as close as your computer. If desired, we can host non-US domain name extensions. 

What contract and payment terms are available?

We bill at monthly or annually increments. We process payments through PayPal the internet leading payment processor. Paying with PayPal makes all payment process absolutely safe. You can use Visa and Mastercard credit cards or PayPal account to pay us.

Do you offer technical support to customers ?

Absolutely YES. Support is provided around the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are known for a our superior customer service and technical support, we take customer support very seriously and as such we make sure your problem is resolved in a record time.

What does Unmetered Bandwidth Mean?
Unmetered Bandwidth means that we do not charge you extra money once you arrive to a bandwidth level, full stop. It doesn't mean that we have unlimited bandwidth so we don't offer unlimited bandwidth. Whoever tells you that they have unlimited bandwidth or disk is lying and is a fault of respect to you. Not such a thing as unlimited disk or bandwidth exits so beware of companies offering you that. What we offer you is the possibility to have as much traffic as you need, however you may not host any search-engine scripts or downloadable files directory. You have to make a non abusive use of this service, otherwise you won't be accomplishing our Terms of Service Policy.

Can I host anything that I want?
You can host all the LEGAL content that you want. You absolutely can not host illegal content like Warez, Virus, Trojan, Hacking Tools, Malicious Code etc…

Can I host adult content?
NO! You can't host Adult Content

Do I have a minimum contract period?
Absolutely NOT! You can cancel your Hosting Account anytime you want, however we will not refund your bill out of the Trial period.

What if I'm not fully satisfied from your Plesk Hosting Account?
If you are not fully satisfied from your Plesk Hosting account, you can ask for canceling the service and stop the payment before the Trial Period ends.
